Its location is quiet and perfect so close to restaurants and bars, and Spain or the Greek islands. Everything is superb, the room is a nice size with utensils, a sofa bed designed for 1 child, a nice view.

Truly enjoyed my time here. The hotel was top quality and wonderful relaxing with exceptionally attentive staff members and a sky bar.

It offers quiet location so close to the coast, the center of Playa de Palma, and Close to the sea side. The breakfast is varied and extensive for "made " food, has savoury food. The services are very good, including a clean pool.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were excellent with nice views. The staff was lovely and fantastic, they provided an exceptional service. The location of the property was unbeatable and great - not too far from Platja de Palma.

The services are exceptional, including an incredible pool. The parking is onsite, costs gbp 9 per day. It has absolutely perfect and great location in Playa de Palma very close to the beach too, and the restaurants.

totally recommended for short stay. tasteful wellness place, it has great location right by the bus stop, the restaurants on the promenade and the tunnel. overall the room is fantastic, gorgeous and includes a safe, central heating and an electronic key card. the hotel provides an exceptional service. moreover, there is a parking onsite.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location was peaceful and parking was ample. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One small improvement for breakfast would be to allow guests to make their own coffee and tea instead of relying on service.

The breakfast is good hot and extensive, really enjoyed eggs and fresh fruit. The hotel provided a good customer service during our weekend.

The building is amazing and the rooms are outstanding with microwave, a nice view, for instance. Lovely and fantastic stuff, they smile all the time. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect and great, so close to the promenade and lovely beach, Majorca, and the sea front of El Arenal. Plus, it is set 3 km from S'arenal de Palma.

There were always free sun beds at the pool, enough parasols available.

Some of the deck chairs by the pool were already "reserved" with towels in the morning.
